"Anyone Can Serve"
Our mission is to encourage selfless service that unites individuals through compassion and understanding. ISC exists to bridge the gap between intention to serve and action, and to empower each other to serve meaningfully, irrespective of who or where they are. Service should not be limited by geography, background, or organizational structures but rather flow naturally from the depths of our hearts. Our goal is to connect and unite hearts across borders and make service a personal and collaborative journey. Through this initiative, we hope to transform service into a practice of unity, humility, unconditional love, and spiritual growth, accessible to all who wish to make a difference.
We envision a future where acts of service are naturally integrated into everyday life, not limited by place, age, or affiliation. A future where people don’t wait for an event or organization to serve, but look around and take initiative with pure compassion, selflessness, and confidence. Through ISC, we aim to make this possible by connecting individuals with real community needs and simplifying collaboration across borders.
Our goal is for every person who wants to serve to be able to easily find where they are needed, join hands with others, and for younger people to grow up seeing service not as an obligation, but as a way to share love, express gratitude, and encourage unity.
In the future, barriers between organizations or regions would no longer limit collaboration. Instead, service projects would be shared, which would allow resources and energy to reach those who need them the most. Ultimately, we hope the world shaped by ISC is a world where selfless action becomes a second nature, and serving others is part of who we are as a society.
The Intercity Service Coalition (ISC) is currently a non-profit-like organization without registered status. Service Without Borders (Officially the Service Without Borders Initiative [SWB]) is not linked to any existing organization or entity, including religious/spiritual organizations, preexisting service and volunteer organizations, or any university chapters that use the name "Service Without Borders" or "SWB". However, the growth of SWB involves partnerships with religious/spiritual organizations, homeless shelters, food security organizations, and environmental organizations, among others.
This organization follows the principle of "Love All - Serve All." No monetary donations of any kind will be accepted. Instead, we kindly ask you to participate in service projects either through SWB or in your own local community.
